Sometimes I just really want to live in the middle of a Jane Austen novel….and I haven’t even read that much of her books. I like the movies though.

P.S. I love watching Alton Brown on the Food Network. He’s like the mad scientist of the culinary world. If it weren’t for him, how would I ever know that chocolate contains phenylethylamine and learn that the fat crystals in cocoa butter pack together in six different polymorphic formats? And he makes some mean looking chocolate truffles.
